What's needed is a comprehensive digital marketing solution that bridges the gap between businesses and potential customers. This solution would enable businesses to promote their offerings effectively while providing users with a reliable and user-friendly platform to discover and connect with businesses, explore products or services, and stay informed about promotions and updates.

She has found, however, that while her regular customers appreciate her goodies, she finds it difficult to attract new customers and effectively promote her lovely delicacies.

  2. He also wants to stay informed about the, events, and updates from his favorite local businesses to ensure he doesn't miss out on any exclusive offers or one-of-a-kind experiences in his new city.

  1. It is difficult for Mahmud to make decisions when dealing with the fragmented and conflicting information he frequently sees regarding neighborhood businesses on numerous platforms.

She creates a Purple Pages profile for her business, with contact information, hours, products, services & photos, and writes a blog post about her business and passion.

She is promoting her Purple Pages profile on social media and email signatures, and running ads and promotions to increase her visibility.

She is getting new customers from Purple Pages. She is also getting positive reviews from her customers on Purple Pages.

As opposed to depending on personal preferences or biased assumptions, I focused on creating for the user. The goal of this user-centered design approach was to build solutions that truly met the needs and expectations of the intended audience.

The user onboarding process was optimized to enhance the experience for all users. Unnecessary steps have been eliminated, reducing drop-off rates and ensuring a smoother journey.

  1. Instead of making users wait until they click the create button before displaying an error message, users are told right away if they typed an already-used username. This helps users avoid irritation and wasted time.

  2. In order to help the user finish the form more quickly and easily by saving them time and frustration, while also helping to secure their account, the user is immediately informed as they type their confirm password that it does not match with the previously typed one.

  3. Verification code gets sent to both email and password which gives the user more options for verifying their account. If they do not have access to their email, they can still verify their account using their phone number, or vice versa.

  4. Users are prompted to select their areas of interest as a quick and easy approach to enhance personalisation, better target users with relevant adverts and promotions, improve user experience, boost engagement, and raise user satisfaction.
